Noteworthy Community Choir auditions coming
Noteworthy Community Choir announces opening season auditions, March 12 - 17, according to Vicki Mills, Ada, choir artistic director.
Interested singers, ages 8 - 88+ should contact NCC to schedule an audition. NCC will make a guest appearance at the Ohio Northern University, Lima Symphony Orchestra Patriotic Pops Concert on June 30, in addition to performances throughout the area.
Audition, rehearsal, and tuition details can be found atwww.noteworthycc.org, or by calling 419-679-8259. Weekly rehearsals in Ada and Lima run April 9 through June 30.
Established to develop personal and community artistry through song, Noteworthy Community Choir provides opportunities for singers of all ages to engage in high quality choral experiences both in rehearsal and performance.
Singers will need to match pitch consistently, though no previous choral experience is required.
The artistic director, Vicki Mills, earned her Bachelor of Music Education degree at Ohio Northern University, and her master's in vocal performance from the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University.
She has over 30 years of teaching and conducting experience and currently operates Miss Vicki's Music Studio and serves as Lecturer in Music at Ohio Northern University.
