Riley View Apartments under new for-profit ownership
New name is Bluffton Riley View, Ltd.
Owner is Belmont Propertis, Cadiz, Ohio
Riley View Apartments, 115 E. College Ave., is under new ownership as of the first of the year.
Belmont Properties, Cadiz, Ohio, a for-profit organization, has taken over the ownership of the apartments from the Bluffton Housing Corp., which operated them as a non-profit since its inception in 1974.
The apartments now operate under the name Bluffton Riley View, Ltd. Apartment features remain the same under the new management, which includes housing for persons 62 or older and disabled persons regardless of age.
Bluffton Riley View’s new resident manager is Elizabeth Drake. She told the Icon that the apartments offer the following features:
• wall-to-wall carpet with tile in kitchen and bathroom
• color-coordinating appliances
• gallery kitchen
• baseboard heating
• security lighting
• on-site management
• water, sewer, refuse paid
• experienced maintenance
• on-site laundry facilities
• rental assistance may be available
