Several ODOT projects affect traffic patterns in and around Bluffton beginning next week as spring-summer road repair season is upon us.

• State Route 103 (Jefferson Street) between Vance Street and Huber Street, will close April 16 for approximately five days for railroad repair. Traffic will be detoured onto Main Street and County Line Road back to State Route 103. Work is being performed by Norfolk and Southern Railroad.
• Interstate 75 between Bentley Road and Sate Route 103 will be restricted to one lane at times for a bridge repair project, which is expected to begin the week of April 23.
• Work will occur on I-75 over Riley Creek in Allen County and on the County Road 15 bridge over Interstate 75 in Hancock County. The project is expected to be completed in late September. The project will have the following anticipated impacts to traffic: Traffic on I-75 both northbound and southbound will be restricted to one lane approaching Riley Creek to prepare the shoulder for a traffic shift, which will occur within approximately two weeks.
• County Road 15 over Interstate 75 will be closed in late summer for approximately 30 days.
• U.S. 30, both eastbound and westbound, between Beaverdam and the Hancock County line will be reduced to one lane through the work zone during berm work.

HANCOCK COUNTY

• Interstate 75 southbound between State Route 235 and the Allen County line will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for pavement crack sealing throughout the week. Traffic on I-75 both northbound and southbound will be restricted to one lane in the area approaching Riley Creek to prepare the shoulder for a traffic shift which will occur within approximately two weeks.

State Route 698 between 103 and County Road 24 in the village of Jenera will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for a repaving project which began April 12.
