Chair Yoga offered four times in May at public library
ALL CHAIR YOGA CLASSES TAKE PLACE AT BLUFFTON PUBLIC LIBRARY.
Bluffton Family Recreation will offer a chair yoga class in May instructed by Janette Reineke. Sign-up is underway.
Classes are from 4 to 5 p.m.,

"Chair yoga is a practice made up of simple exercises," said Reineke. "Participants can do these to help strengthen and stretch your body while focusing on your mind and help you tap into your breath."
She added: "All you need is your body, your breath, your willingness and a chair. You will feel better, sleep better, reduce your stress and have more fun, energy and stamina."
BFR asks that participants bring their own dumbbells between the weight of 2-5 pounds. If they do not have any BFR will be provide them.
