LCC latest victim of BHS softball hit squad

For the fourth straight contest, Bluffton’s softball team only needed five innings to get the job done. BHS drilled LCC Monday night 13-0 to win their sixth straight game overall and improve to 12-4 on the season.
Libby Schaadt pitched five innings of two hit ball for the shutout victory. The sophomore struck out ten and walked none as she improved to 11-4 as a starting pitcher.
At the plate, Bluffton got contributions from many players. Bekah Hoff went 2/3 with a run scored. Katie Prater also was 2/3 with a double, 3 runs batted in and 3 runs scored. Averey Rumer had two hits, two RBI and two runs. Aimee Ritter also had two hits with a run scored. Libby Schaadt knocked in a run on a double for her only hit of the night. Bailey Edward was 1/1 with two RBI and Brinkley Garmatter added a hit, two RBI and two runs scored.
