They saw London, Paris and the Alps
England, France, Germany and Switzerland are stamped on passports of several Bluffton High School students, teachers and adults accompanying the group during a nine-day tour of Europe.
Led by Bluffton High School teachers Vickie Garmon and Brigette Hoff, the itinerary included a great introduction to Europe and its variety of cultures.
Termed “London, Paris and the Alps,” the trip made stops several museums, historic sites, and European landmarks.
London’s stay included trips to Thames River, National Gallery, Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and other locations.
In Paris, visits included Arc de Triumphe, Eiffel Tower, Louvre and, Seine River.
Among locations visited in Switzerland and Germany included Neuschwanstein castle, concentration camp and memorial.
The trip lasted from June 18 to June 27.
