ODOT focus on erosion repair on U.S. 30 and I-75
The Ohio Department of Transportation issues the following notice concerning erosion repair along U.S. 30, Interstate 75 and state Route 696 in Allen County and along Interstate 75 in Hancock County
The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing to repair erosion issues at various locations in Allen and Hancock counties:
• in Allen County along U.S. 30 just west of the Hancock County line, at the I-75 and state Route 65 interchange, and on the state Route 696 ramp to U.S. 30;
• and in Hancock County at the I-75 and county Road 99 interchange. All work will occur within the existing roadway right-of-way.
Construction activities will result in temporary lane closures on U.S. 30, and temporary ramp closures at the U.S. 30 interchange with state Route 696, the I-75 interchange with county Road 99, and the I-75 interchange with state Route 66.
Vehicular traffic will be detoured; access to all properties will be maintained throughout construction.
Construction for this project is scheduled to occur in the summer of 2019.
