Professional office building under construction on SR 103
A professional office building, Skyward Realty, LLC, is under construction this summer on State Route 103, according to Greg Smith, property owner.
The building is directly west of Schoolhouse Electronics, also owned by Smith.
“When finished it will have four units. One is already leased and the other three are still available,” said Smith.
The building will have 7,000 square feet of office space, or 1,750 for each suite. Smith said that three remaining suites can be constructed to specifications of the persons leasing the space. Keith McClintock of McClintock Builders is the general contractor.
While three suites remain, the option exists to lease two of suites and have 3,500 square feet of office space.
Smith said the project has been in the planning stages for a couple years. He said that the building should be completed by November. A parking area of from 10,000 to 12,000 square feet is also part of the project.
Persons interested in leasing the remaining suites can contact Smith at Schoolhouse Electronics, 419-358-9000.
