Bluffton has many ovens but only one outdoor oven like this one on the Mercy Health-Bluffton Family Medicine, mural at 204 N. Main St. The mural oven portrays rural pioneers who did baking out of doors. An oven similar to this is at the Schumacher homestead on Bixel Road.
