Here's middle school back-to-school info
Here's information for Bluffton middle school students preparing for the 2018-19 school year from the school website.
Thursday, Aug. 23 - Middle School Meet the Teacher - 6-7 p.m.
Monday, Sept. 24 - District Wide Open House - Middle School - 6:30-7:30pm.
Registration for the 2018-2019 School Year - Registration packets including information on fees, school supplies, Lifetouch photos, free and reduced lunches, and payment options were mailed on Friday, Aug. 10.
7th Grade Immunization Requirements - All incoming 7th graders are required to have 2 immunizations prior to the start of the 2018-2019 school year. These immunizations are the Tdap vaccine and the Meningococcal vaccine. Please submit documentation after the vaccines have been received to the office prior to Aug. 27.
Athletic Physicals (incoming 7th & 8th graders ONLY) - You must complete an Athletic Physical form through PRIVIT prior to getting your physical. Information is in the middle school office on how to do this. If you used PRIVIT last year, you can log in using the same log-in information.
EZPay - For your convenience, credit card and debit card payments can be made to your child’s class fees and lunch account (online only) through our new “EZPay” system. Information will be mailed with the student’s class fees on how to register for this service. Our office will continue to accept check and cash payments.
Student Athletic Passes - Student Athletic passes are now on sale in the middle school office. Each punch pass card is $25 and gets a student into 10 home games of any sporting event at either the Jr. High, JV, or Varsity level.
Bluffton Exempted Village School Alert System - If you would like to be notified of delays and/or cancellations/sporting information via text message on your cell phone, visit the school’s website at www.blufftonschools.org and sign up for this service. On the website’s homepage, please select Parent Links and choose the Parent Alert System icon. Here you can subscribe to alerts, unsubscribe from alerts, and check you current subscriptions. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
