Lima Rotary awarding 15 non-traditional scholarships
Fifteen non-traditional students will be awarded Lima Rotary Club Certificates acknowledging their scholarship awards for fall 2018 classes. Presentations will be made on Monday, Aug. 27.
Students are pursuing higher education in Radiographic Imaging, Paralegal, Registered Nursing, Licensed Practical Nursing, Elementary Education and Middle Childhood Education, AS Graphic Design/Web Page Development, BS in Health Care Administration, AA in Medical Office Management, BS in English, Math Education, BS in Music and Business Management.
These students plan to attend Apollo Career Center, Bluffton University, The Ohio State University-Lima, Rhodes State College and the University of Northwestern Ohio.
Currently, the program has awarded 978 scholarships for a total of $710,250.
