Sept. 8 Battle of the Businesses team sign up underway
Teams are forming for a Saturday, Sept. 8, Bluffton Battle of the Businesses with proceeds going to the Bluffton Community Assistance Program’s back-to-school drive.
The event is sponsored by Stratton Auto Group, Southgate Lanes and Lisa Wenger of RealLiving CCR Realtors.
Taking place at Southgate Lanes, the battle will include four-player teams and the competition begins at 2 p.m.
Registration is $250 per team, which includes three games of bowling, a t-shirt and dinner for each team player.
To register a team contact Southgate Lanes. There will be a maximum of 10 teams in the battle.
Teams earn points in various competitions during the battle:
• Answering trivia questions
• Bowling good games
• Winning “challenges”
• Kocking down colored pins
• Winning best-dressed team
• Raising the most donations during the event
• Getting the most shares on a team selfie picture during the battle
• Social media challenges
The winning team will receive an award at the conclusion of the battle.
