Sign-up underway for creative crock pot cooking classes
The Dough Hook offers two creative crock pot cooking classes in October according to Marlena Ballinger of the Main Street Bluffton deli.
Classes are from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 11, or Tuesday, Oct. 16, at The Dough Hook, 117 N. Main St., Bluffton.
“Participants will gain hands on learning skills while creating some delicious meals,” said Ballinger. “Each participant will create one meal in the crock pot and then take home three meals that will be ready for your freezer.”
The menu for this class includes:
• Crock pot rump roast
• Chicken fajitas
• Slow cooker bacon garlic pork loin
• Smothered pork chops
