September 4
Officers arrested Carla D. Major, 48, Lima, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of State Route 103 and Commerce Lane for a stop sign violation. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
September 8
Officers responded to a noninjury hit/skip traffic crash in the area of Vine Street and North Main Street.
September 13
Officers arrested Paul Beach, 30, Waynesfield, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the 800 block of County Line Road for a speeding violation. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
September 14
A North Main Street business reported suspicious activity involving a possible misused credit card.
September 16
Officers responded to elementary school in reference to personal items that were found at the playground.
Officers assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol in a crash investigation that occurred outside the village limits.
September 17
A Hillville Road resident reported a criminal damage complaint to police involving one of his rental properties.
September 20
Officers arrested Jonathan B. Strykul, 51, Bluffton for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the 100 block of State Route 103. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
Officers responded to a noninjury hit/skip traffic crash in the alley behind the 100 block of East College Avenue.
Officers responded to a noninjury traffic crash in the area of Harmon Road and Bentley Road. A Bluffton juvenile was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way and the case is pending in Allen County Juvenile Court.
September 24
Officers responded to a North Lawn Avenue residence in reference to an unruly juvenile complaint.
A Kibler Street resident reported he was the victim of identity theft.
A County Line Road resident reported a criminal damage complaint to police.
Officers arrested Michael E. Clemons, 23, Bluffton for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of milepost 140 on Interstate 75 for a window tint violation. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
September 29
Officers arrested Thomas J. Powrozek, 51, Bluffton, on an outstanding warrant out of the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.
September 30
Officers responded to a North Lawn Avenue residence for a drug complaint. Upon arrival and investigation, officers took evidence of drug use and will be forwarding charges against two Bluffton juveniles to the juvenile prosecutor’s office for review.
