• Monday, Oct. 15, Utilities committee, manhole bid reviews, 1 p.m.
• Monday, Oct. 15, Parks and recreation, 2019 Johnny Appleseed grant program, 7:30 p.m.
• Monday, Oct. 15, Ordinance committee, 8:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Oct. 18, Finance committee, 2019 police department budget, noon
• Monday, Oct. 22 – Council as a whole, village website discussion, 6:30 p.m.

Trick-or-treat Oct. 25
Bluffton's trick-or-treat night is from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 25.
