Members of Bluffton University’s Ohio Collegiate Music Education Association are inviting community members and trick-or-treaters to Mosiman Hall from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25, Bluffton’s trick-or-treat night. Classrooms will be decorated for the Halloween holiday and treats will be handed out. OCMEA members will also provide fun lessons about the use of instruments to create spooky sounds and chilling music scores along the way.
