Bystillwaters Bistro closing
Heather Cox has announced the closing of Bystillwaters Bistro.
The final day of the restaurant at 112 Vine St., is today, Friday, Dec. 28.
Servings of fish and chips are at:
• 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• 5 to 6:30 p.m. (reservations suggested)
• 6:30 to closing (reservations suggested)
Reservations are encouraged by calling 567-242-2284.
Cox opened the restaurant in April. It was previously called Jeanne's Kitchen, owned by Jeanne and Peter Previte.
Cox provided the following announcement on the Bistro's Facebook:
"It is with great sadness it will be the last time that I open the Bistro under me. I have wonderful staff, that I will miss very much they are great people, with fantastic ethics, and they have shown me loyalty and trust way beyond and I can't thank them enough. So, please don't forget to book your table for our last night... we will be open in the day too, our hours will be 11 to 2 then, 5 to 8."
