Tribute to Joni Mitchell performance Saturday
"Don Juan’s Reckless Daughter" will perform a tribute to the music of Joni Mitchell in the next Bluffton Town Hall Concert Series, at 7 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 26.
Several Bluffton musicians will perform including Wendy Chappell-Dick, vocal; Jeff Yoder, guitar; Lucas Harnish, keyboard and Dayton Fandray, bass.
Together, they will trace the arch of Joni's career, but for the most part, it is her later jazz legacy that will come through in the group's arrangements.
According to Chappell-Dick, “Anyone who enjoys jazz and or complex poetic lyrical storytelling is sure to enjoy this show.”
The performance is free and open to the public. A donation will be taken to support the musicians. The Bluffton town hall is at 154 N. Main St., Bluffton.
