Meet the February BHS student of the month
Ashley Eachus, a senior, is the Bluffton High School February student of the month.
She is a member of the Symphonic Choir, Show Choir, Chamber Choir, Drama club, Renaissance and National Honor Society.
Ashley is a member of the BHS volleyball, basketball and soccer teams. She received an all-conference honorable mention from the NWC in volleyball her junior year. She is also an academic letter winner, and served as senior captain on the girls' basketball team that won the Northwest Conference title.
She served as last year's Buckeye Girls State representative for BHS.
She has volunteered as a teacher's aide at Bluffton Elementary for Heidi Steiner and Ashley Fry during the past four years. In summer she works at the Bluffton Dairy Freeze.
Ashley attends Ebenezer Mennonite church and participates in its mission trips, youth group and sings in its praise team.
After graduation she plans to attend Taylor University and major in Early Childhood Education.
Ashley is the daughter of Thomas and Kimberly Eachus of Bluffton. She has a 3.822 grade point average.
