Transition Bluffton and the Bluffton University Sustainability Club will present a panel discussion on responding to global climate change at 7 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, in the Kreider Room  of Marbeck Center on the Bluffton University campus. It is open to the public at no charge.

The evening will begin with three panelists sharing their intellectual, emotional, and spiritual responses to the reality of global climate change. 

Panelists are: 
• Ken Lawrence, retired machinist and former bicycle shop owner and Bluffton resident
• Kelsey Dyez, paleo climatologist at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor
• Emily Rush, Bluffton University student majoring in English. 

After the panelists each share their responses to global climate change there will be ample time for discussion among all those present at the event.

"This event is one of many events hosted by Transition Bluffton and we are happy to be joining with the Bluffton University Sustainability Club for this panel discussion," said Sally Weaver Sommer of the organization.
