Meet the BHS student of the month
Kennedy Coughlan, a Bluffton High School senior, is the BHS student of the month for March.
She is a member of the National Honor Society, is on the Buccaneer yearbook staff and is an S.O.S. tutor at the elementary school.
Kennedy was captain of the BHS golf team. She has received academic awards throughout high school including best in accounting. She is a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, enjoys photography and Disney and in her spare time she likes to take care of her animals, golf, and volunteer at Challenged Champions.
This spring she in enrolled in Psychology 101 at Bluffton University. After graduation she plans to attend Northern Michigan University and pursue a degree in Biology with a Zoology concentration. She is hoping to one day work for Disney's conservation team.
She is the daughter of April and Ryan Coughlan of Pandora, and carries a 4.00 grade point average.
