First National Bank recognized by Office of Comptroller of the Currency
The Office of Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has recognized First National Bank for its 100 years of service in banking.
The OCC is an agency under the U.S. Department of the Treasury and oversees all national banks and other federal financial institutions. It ensures these institutions operate under an ethical manner, provide access to financial services and comply with federal laws and regulations.
“It’s unbelievable to have the OCC recognize First National Bank and the 100 years we have been working to improve lives in our local communities,” said Todd Mason, president and CEO of First National Bank.
“It all started back in 1919 with a group of 30 individuals who believed a bank was needed in the small village of Pandora. Now all these years later we still pride ourselves on being independently owned and still serving the needs of our local communities throughout northwest and west central Ohio.”
"As the local areas continue to grow and flourish, First National Bank continues to look ahead to ensure we can offer our customers the best products and services to meet their needs and make banking easier,” he added.
