Mennonite Church USA executive director university Forum speaker
Glen Guyton, executive director, Mennonite Church USA, will provide a Bluffton University Forum presentation, “Living Well. Living My IDEAL Life,” at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, in Yoder Recital Hall.
The denominational leader and cultural competency advocate will offer practical tips on how to live your best life while navigating today’s culture and responding to the divine call.
As a cultural competency advocate, Guyton has made it his mission to help organizations and individuals navigate the complex nature of culture.
He helps leaders engage cultural and generational differences in the workplace, allowing them to achieve their goals with less stress, greater collaboration and increased productivity.
To remain relevant in this global information age, Guyton says people must be culturally competent, harnessing our differences to be more competitive and more creative.
Guyton has spoken to thousands of youth and adults throughout the U.S., Jamaica, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Ghana.
