BHS grad Mike Reichenbach and daughter on Kelly Clarkson Show
Bluffton High School graduate Mike Reichenbach, now of Florence S.C., and his daughter, Olivia, will be on the "Kelly Clarkson Show" this afternoon (Monday, Dec. 9.)
It airs on ABC at 3 p.m.
Reichenbach and his family are popular around Florence for their commercials for his car dealership, Richenbach Ford Lincoln.
Olivia posted a video that went viral of her father dancing and singing around the house.
Clarkson opens with the cover of the song "Bang Bang" then pulls the Richenbach's from the audience to talk with them on good relationships between fathers and daughters.
"Dads in particular need to be there for their kids. And in my case, I really felt it incumbent to be there for my daughter. To give her the role model of what a husband should be and a father should be. So, it's really great," said Reichenbach.
Olivia is a freshman at the University of South Carolina majoring in Criminology/Criminal Justice.
She said it was hard for her to adjust because it's the first time she's lived away from home.
Olivia said her father is super funny and that's why she posted the video on social media.
The video has captured the attention of millions.
Mike is the son of Ed and Nancy Reichenbach of Bluffton.
