Is Bluffton the teddy bear capital of Ohio?
Send the Icon your teddy bear address
We also welcome photos!
Just remember, it’s a work in progress.
Posting bear sightings on the Bluffton Icon’s teddy bear hunt map reminds us of an airport. Think, O’Hare in Chicago. We seem to learn of a new bear in a window about every other minute.
Last week when the Icon asked Bluffton residents to provide addresses of teddy bears in windows, well, we figured a couple dozen, tops.
Not so.
We are pushing 80 as of Sunday evening and our map will eventually prove that. But, not yet. We are still posting bear sighting addresses and we are only halfway to the finish line.
And, more bears are coming in by the hour.
Actually, it’s more like a zoo hunt. There are bears and several other stuff animals and we’ll let you find those yourself.
CLICK HERE to view the bear locations as of Sunday evening, April 12. And, just remember, there are 40+ yet to be posted.
If you have a teddy bear or another creature sitting in your window and wish to add it to the Icon’s map, send your address to: [email protected].
We will keep the map active and will continue to add bears until we find each one.
And, if you’ve sent your address and don’t see it on our map, give us about 24 hours.
Here comes another one! Gotta go!
