Do you hear a loud cheer?
One of Bluffton's favorite Main Street shops – Et Cetera, 327 N. Main St. – has reopened, according to Chrissy Lugibihl, manager.
The store is limiting donations hours through the end of June, to evaluate its inventory. Current donation times are Tuesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
New hours through the end of June:
Mondays 1-5 p.m.
Wednesdays 1-5 p.m.
Fridays 1-5 p.m.
With the reopening come some guidelines to customers.
1. Masks are required while in the store. Thank you in advance for your kindness. We will have masks available for purchase.
2. Limit 1 person per household. Because we are limiting the number of people in the store at this time, we felt it necessary to ask you to chose 1 person in your family to do the shopping. We will reevaluate this weekly- as soon as we feel possible, we will relax this guieline.
3. 17 shoppers in the store at 1 time.
4. Social distancing encouraged. You will see stickers on the ground throughout the store, this is simply a reminder to everyone not to stand in groups. You will also see arrows on the floor, this is should be seen as a suggestion for "customer flow" throughout the shop.
5. Restroom will be locked, but can be unlocked in case of an emergency.
6. Dressing rooms will not be available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Again we will reevaluate this on a weekly basis.
7. Parking- remember, there is beautiful public gravel lot beside the fire station, please use this if parking is full on Main or Washington street. Be courteous to our neighbors: please do not park in front of Tommy Tire's show room or block our neighbor's driveways.
8. Please be patient and kind.
Donation guidelines
• Donations only accepted on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. Leaving donations after hours is unfortunately considered dumping and will have serious consequences. The loading dock is under 24 hour surveillance.
• Please be mindful of donation amounts.
• Please be aware of the size and weight of your bags and boxes. If you, as an adult, can fit comfortably in your bag or box... it's too big.
The following is a list of items we cannot accept:
• Books – take them to Book ReViews; phone number 419-358-6999.
• Car seats, play pens, baby swings
• Large furniture or appliances.
• Homemade VCR or DVDs or any cassette tapes
• Broken items
• Dirty items
