A Bluffton soccer coach and two BHS senior boys will participate in the Northwest Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association annual senior all-district game on Saturday.

Steve Smucker, Bluffton varsity coach, is among three other coaches who will coach teams in the match. He joins coaches Eric Burns of Defiance, and Kirk Brazeau and Greg McElroy of Toledo St. John’s Jesuit for the event.

Two Bluffton seniors, Simon Derstine and Jonathan Schriner were selected to play in the match involving players from 26 teams.

The boys’ game is at 3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 15, at Napoleon High School’s Buckenmeyer Stadium.

A girls’ all-district game takes place at 1 p.m. Cory-Rawson’s Zoe Chisholm was selected to play in that contest.
