Dec. 9 bid closing on former Pandora Manufacturing facility
Sealed bids are due by 5 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 9, for the former Pandora Manufacturing plant. The building, located at 501 Basinger Road, includes 136,389 square feet and is located on slightly more than 12 acres of property.
The main building includes 18,163 square feet of office space and a second floor of 8,590 square feet. The property is zoned I-1 Industrial and has Pandora municipal utilities.
The building was partially renovated in 2007 after a fire. The property includes 13 tanks of various sizes, an 8,600 square foot storage building construction in 2007 and 3,200 square foot storage building constructed in the 1990s.
The property is being sold by D&P Properties, LLC. Wilson Auction and Realty Co., LTD, auctioneer/broker and liquidator, with offices in Bryan and Bowling Green is handing the auction.
