Kathleen "Kay" Mikkelsen, 104, passed away on October 31, 2021, at 12:15
p.m., at Mennonite Memorial Home.
Kay was born July 3, 1917 in Bluffton, OH, to Chester and Mildred (Badertscher) Stauffer who both preceded her in death. On February 3, 1973 she married Wilbur "Mike" Mikkelsen who preceded her in death on November 6,
2007.
Kay graduated from Bluffton High School in 1935. She was a manager at Federal Credit Union in Downing, California for over twenty years. She retired in 1979 and moved with her husband Mike to Mohave Valley, Arizona. Kay moved back to Bluffton in 2008 to spend time with her sister Gerry. Some of her hobbies included spending time with Mike on their boat, traveling west and square dancing. Kathleen was a member of the Eastern Stars and the American Legion Auxiliary in Bullhead City, Arizona.
Kay is survived by numerous cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine "Gerry" Diller and brother-in-law, Ralph Diller.

Benevolent Fund.
