Debra Rose Smith, 61, passed away December 4, 2021 at the Bowling Green Care Center.

Debra was born September 16, 1960 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to Mahlon and Dorothy (Moore) Downs.

Deb graduated from Mohawk High School. She worked as a cafeteria worker for Sodexo at Bluffton University. Deb enjoyed baking and cooking.

Survivors include her mother, Dorothy Downs of Bluffton, four children, Tiffany (Zach) Helland of Defiance, Damien Downs of Fostoria, Tori (Derek) Alva of McComb, Brandon Hemry of Lakewood, Ohio, eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a brother, Sonny (Mikie) Downs of Carrollton, Georgia.

A Celebration of Deb's Life will be held at a later date.
