Wayne Becker funeral arrangements
Wayne Becker, 61 of Avon Lake passed away with his family by his side on Thursday, February 3, 2022. He was born February 11, 1960 to parents David Becker and Linda Staley (stepfather Don Staley) in Lima, OH.
Wayne was very family oriented, and his true joy came from the memories he created with his loving wife, children and grandchildren. He loved watching his children play sports and never missed a single event. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and enjoyed watching and attending their games. He had a passion for golf and listening to vinyl classic rock.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Cheri (nee Eichman); loving children Drew Becker (Mindi) and Sydni Durivage (Bill); cherished grandchildren Crosby and Clark Becker and Brooks Durivage; mother Linda Staley and stepfather Don Staley; dear siblings Tim Staley (Gretchen), Dan Staley (Lori), Greg Staley (Lori), Jill Ledergerber (Tom), Yvette Martello (Jerry) and Tonya Bradley (Chris).
He is preceded in death by his father David Becker.
Friends and family may call for a visitation on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to begin at 4:00 p.m. at Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon Belden Rd., Avon Lake, OH 44012; www.buschcares.com; 440-933-3202.
