Sign up little readers for the sweet gift of reading
The State of Ohio has a reminder for those of us with little readers: “Valentine’s Day is so sweet, just like the Imagination Library!” a free program that mails kids one book each month until their 5th birthday.
All children in Ohio between birth and age 5 are eligible to be enrolled in the program at no cost to their family. Through a partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and local affiliates, this program is available at no cost to families.
Families in Allen County can enroll online HERE or print and fill out the registration form, then send it to
MID-OHIO ENERGY COOPERATIVE, 1210 W LIMA ST, KENTON OH 43326.
Local Champions for the Imagination Library are Mid-Ohio Energy Cooperative and Midwest Electric. The total children currently covered by this affiliate is 2,318. The total enrolled children in Ohio is 308,492.
