This letter serves as a Legal Notice of a Public Hearing before the Village of Bluffton Planning Commission on Monday, April 11 at 5:30 pm on the third floor of the Town Hall.  This hearing will involve the following matters:

Initial review of the Construction Drawings submitted by Bob Fett for the construction of the proposed Chestnut Lane subdivision on parcel number 28-0212-01-013-000 that has road frontage on Sunset Drive.
