Burden and Rose to perform senior recitals
Evan Burden, a music education major, will present his Bluffton University senior recital at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 23, in Yoder Recital Hall.
Burden will sing several selections including: “Grow For Me” by Alan Menken, “O di Capellio” by Vincenzo Bellini and “Oh! quand je dors” by Franz Liszt.
Alex Rose, a music major with a concentration in performance studies, will present their Bluffton University senior recital at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 23, in Yoder Recital Hall. The recital is free and open to the public. A reception will follow in the lobby.
Rose will sing more than a dozen pieces including “Il fervido desiderio” by Bellini, “Fantoches” by Debussy and “Sure on This Shining Night” by Barber.
The recitals are presented in partial fulfillment of requirements for graduation as a music major. The recitals are free and open to the public. Receptions will follow in the lobby.
