Garrett O'Reilly (Galena/Orange) has been named the Heartland Conference Pitcher of the Week after helping Bluffton University to a pair of Good Friday victories at Earlham College over the weekend. O'Reilly follows on the heels of freshman Andrew Collinsworth (Westerville/Westerville South) who was honored a week earlier after a complete game victory over Manchester University.

O'Reilly did it all in Bluffton's sweep-capping 9-3 win over Earlham on Friday, April 15. He tossed eight outstanding innings and allowed only one run in his final frame for a 1.12 ERA. O'Reilly fanned seven and did not walk a batter while scattering five hits for a .172 OBA. The icing on the cake was his two homers in the first two innings and four RBI for the game.
