Sept 24 Bluffton Fall Festival planning underway
Planning for the Bluffton Fall Festival–the biggest event in Bluffton geographically speaking–has started. September 24, 2022 is the date.
Fall Festival has been an area attraction since 2004 and always includes plenty of free fun for families including an antique tractor show, inflatables, farm animals, face painting, etc.
Purchases and fees have included food and drinks, as well as crafts.
Festival promotion is coordinated by Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio. According to Jason Cox, both MHCO campuses of Mennonite Memorial Home and Maple Crest hope to host activities in 2022. A festival was planned and canceled for 2021, but organizers are hopeful about improved COVID risk conditions.
Additional locations anticipated to participate or coincide include:
- Bluffton Cars & Coffee
- Bluffton Farmers Market
- Schumacher Homestead, a historical site owned and operated by the Swiss Community Historical Society
If you represent an organization that would like to be involved in the festival, contact Cox at [email protected].
