Tami Jo McCullough worked at Blanchard Valley Hospital
COLUMBUS GROVE–Tami Jo McCullough, 58, of Columbus Grove, formerly of Gilboa, passed away August 4, 2022, at her home.
Tami was born March 14, 1964 in Bluffton to Fred and Barbara (Holiday) Lehman who preceded her in death.
Tami was a graduate of Pandora-Gilboa High School. She then attended Rhodes State College where she obtained an associate’s degree. Tami worked at Blanchard Valley Hospital, where she was a physical therapist assistant. She was a member of the Westminster United Methodist Church in Westminster. She enjoyed shooting guns and canoeing. Above all, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her two children, Brandon Stainbrook of Columbus Grove and Emily (Nick) Brink of North Creek, OH; three granddaughters, Aubri, Hazel, and Magnolia Brink of North Creek; two brothers, Ken (Dorothy) Lehman of SC and David Lehman of SC; and a great-uncle, Robert (Laquetta) Lehman of Pandora.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 9, 2022 at Chiles-Laman Funeral Home of Bluffton with Pastor Dave Burkhart to officiate the service. Visitation will be from 2:00-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Westminster United Methodist Church. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.chiles-lamanfh.com.
