Driving Under Suspension Clinic on October 6
The Findlay Municipal Court will be hosting its fourth annual DUS Clinic on Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-4:00 p.m. The DUS (Driving Under Suspension) Clinic is a workshop intended to assist those who have a suspended driver’s license to obtain a valid driver’s license or driving privileges while pursuing full reinstatement.
The Court will work with individuals outlining all issues and the steps involved to successfully reinstate their license. Over the last 3 years the Court has assisted over 250 individuals with their driver’s license issues.
Representatives from the Public Defender's office and City Prosecutor's office will be available to help resolve cases and the Court's BMV Liaison will also be available to get clearance letters processed immediately.
The Ohio BMV has implemented a driver’s license reinstatement fee debt reduction and amnesty program. Drivers who can provide proof of indigence will be eligible for the program. Contact the court for a list of qualifying documents to show eligibility for this program.
To schedule an appointment contact the Clerk of Courts office at 419-424-7141.
