Andrea Nicole Setzer worked at Mennonite Memorial Home
Andrea Nicole Setzer, 35, formerly of Thomasville, Georgia, passed away February 21, 2023, at her residence.
Andrea was born October 18, 1987 in Toledo, to Robert Setzer Jr. and Karin (Gardiner) Setzer who survive.
Andrea was a graduate of Bloomingdale High School in Velrico, FL. She was employed as a CNA at the Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton, where she cared deeply for each of the patients under her care. She loved shopping, cooking, listening to music, and above all, spending time with her family.
She is survived by her mother, Karin Setzer of Maumee, OH; father, Robert Setzer Jr. of Lakeland, Fl; paternal grandmother, Bonnie Setzer; maternal grandmother, Maria "Omi" Gardiner; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and her lifelong friend, Kelli Cassells.
She is preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Robert Setzer, Sr.and maternal grandfather, Maj. John J. Gardiner.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Bluffton. Visitation will be Saturday, February 25, 2023, 2:00 pm until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
