"Plan on a 1-1.5 hour hike, be prepared for the weather and ground conditions. Register by July 24 by calling 419-221-1232, or online at www.jampd.com/ "
ABOUT MOTTER PARK
From jampd.com: Motter Metro Park was acquired in two parcels, one in 2006 and one in 2009. Both were purchased using the Clean Ohio Greenspace Conservation Fund. The parcels were in row crop agriculture when purchased and were planted in prairie grasses to help restore native grassland habitat.
The Little Riley Creek runs through the property which provides critical habitat for wetland and water species of plants and animals.
