ODOT road construction update for Sept 11
Highway construction updates for parts of Allen, Hancock and Putnam counties (weather permitting):
ALLEN
- U.S. 30 westbound between State Route 65 and State Route 696 will have lane closures for pavement repairs.
HANCOCK
- State Route 103/Jefferson Street between County Line Road and Commerce Lane in the village of Bluffton will have lane restrictions and shoulder work from Aug. 14 for approximately 120 days for construction of a shared-use path. The work includes storm improvements, a sidewalk extension, lighting, and other roadway safety improvements.
- U.S. 30 between State Route 235 and U.S. 68 will have lane restrictions for striping operations following a resurfacing project.
- State Route 12/W. Main Cross St., between West St. and Cory St., will close Monday, Sept. 11, for approximately five days for a water line installation.
- State Route 15 at County Road 169 near the village of Vanlue will be restricted to one lane at times in both directions for the construction of an overpass on County Road 169.
- State Route 15 at County Road 180 south of the city of Findlay is restricted to one lane in both directions for the construction of an overpass on County Road 180.
- State Route 568 westbound between Bright Road and County Road 236 is closed daily, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., for construction of the Greenway Trail shared-use path.
PUTNAM COUNTY
- State Route 12 just east of State Route 115 will close on Monday, Sept. 11, for approximately 11 days for a culvert installation project. Detour: SR 115 to U.S. 30 to SR 65, back to SR 12.
- State Route 634 at Road O-22 is open following a closure for a culvert replacement.
