Bluffton Police Department to dedicate Fallen Officers Memorial
The Bluffton Police Department will be holding a dedication ceremony for a new Fallen Officers Memorial at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23.
The memorial will be located in front of the Bluffton Town Hall, 154 N. Main St. The public is invited to attend this dedication and unveiling of the memorial display.
The memorial is designed to honor officers who died in the line of duty while serving the Bluffton Police Department and the Bluffton community.
The officers honored on the memorial are:
Owen O. Grandstaff E.O.W. March 26, 1927
Frank Herrmann E.O.W. September 5, 1929
Dominic M Francis E.O.W. March 31, 2022
