Officers assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol during a pursuit that began north of Findlay and continued south on I-75 through the Village of Bluffton.
September 5
Officers received a miscellaneous complaint that occurred at the high school.
September 10
Officers responded to the 200 block of West Elm Street for a report of a runaway juvenile.
September 18
Officers received a call from a Lima hospital advising there was a sexual assault victim in their emergency room. Officers responded to the hospital to speak with the victim and gather evidence. The case is ongoing.
September 17
Officers responded to a State Route 103 business for a drug abuse complaint.
September 21
Officers responded to the 100 block of South Main Street for a report of an unruly juvenile.
Officers responded to the 9000 block of North Dixie Highway in reference to a mental health concern.
September 22
Officers received a complaint from a Bluffton resident in reference to a menacing complaint at the middle school.
September 27
Officers responded to the 300 block of South Main Street for a Domestic Violence complaint. Assisting on the scene was Allen County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District Rangers. A suspect was arrested on domestic violence charges and booked into the Allen County Jail. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
