By Rebecca Matthewson
At the Beaverdam Bunch’s second meeting of 2024 we voted for officers. This meeting took place on Monday March 25 and was located in the Bluffton Middle School. Officers that were elected are as follows: President Brook, Vice President Peyton, Secretary Laney, News Reporter Rebecca, Safety Officer Addy, Health Officer Lyla, Recreation leaders Jace and Kaylyn.
At this meeting, we talked about old business: Project books, and dues. New business: we voted on the Constitution and it was approved. The meeting was then adjourned. The next meeting will be held Monday April 1st at 7:00 p.m.
The 3rd meeting of The Beaverdam Bunch was held April 1, 2024. There were 26 people in attendance. The meeting was motioned by Peyton with a second by Rebecca.
Laney and Brooke did their demonstrations. Laney demonstrated how to thread a serger and Brook demonstrated on how to make protein balls.
Enrollment deadline is April 15, 2024. The next meeting will be held on April 27, 2024.
Members have to have at least one hour of community service. If any parents would like to help with the booth we would be happy for more help, if you do decide to help you would need to call Renee.
