Flood watch issued for Bluffton on Thursday, April 11
Flood Watch National Weather Service Northern Indiana 515 AM EDT Thu Apr 11
Including Putnam and Allen Counties and the cities of Pandora, Columbus Grove, Bluffton and Ottawa. FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.
WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. A half inch to an inch of rain has already fallen and an additional half inch to an inch of rain is expected between today and Friday morning. *
WHERE...Northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Allen OH, Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Williams. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. *
IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
