The Allen County Combined Health District will have a special meeting of the Board of Health on Tuesday June 25, 2024 at 7:30 a.m..

The meeting will take place in the 2nd Floor Conference Room at the Health Department located at 219 East Market Street, Lima, OH. The meeting will occur to discuss a contract for an electronic medical records system at the agency.
