Nutrien Lima offering a $70,000 nonprofit grant
Grant celebrates company's 70th anniversary
April 25 media release__One local non-profit organization will benefit from local manufacturer Nutrien celebrating its 70th anniversary. Nutrien Lima Nitrogen in Shawnee Township began manufacturing nitrogen products in 1955, beginning with ammonia production.
“To help us celebrate our history here, we are seeking proposals for a one-time grant of $70,000 for a project to benefit our community that can be completed within 12 months of the award,” explained Todd Sutton, general manager at Lima. The successful applicant will be selected by Nutrien’s Lima employees.
Applicants must be a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Allen or an adjacent county. For more information about the grant requirements and complete application instructions, send an email requesting information to [email protected]. Deadline for applications is June 30, 2025.
