Joy Fraley Promoted to VP Commercial Credit Manager at CNB
MAY 2 MEDIA RELEASE__Citizens National Bank (CNB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Joy Fraley to VP Commercial Credit Manager. In this position, she will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Commercial operations of the recently combined Commercial and Retail Credit Departments.
Joy started at CNB in 2015 as an AVP Commercial Credit Analyst. She analyzed new loan packages for lenders, validated and evaluated collateral, and submitted review appraisals. In 2019, she was promoted to Assistant VP Commercial Credit Manager, overseeing the Commercial Loan Processing, Servicing, and Appraisal departments.
“We’re incredibly proud of what Joy has accomplished,” said Alan Garmatter, Chief Credit Officer, “Her hard work and commitment reflect the values we strive for every day. She’s a key part of our team, and it’s great to see her efforts recognized.”
Joy graduated from Bluffton College in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time in her pottery studio, reading books, gardening, hiking, and traveling, with Spain being her favorite so far.
