What's in a Bluffton council packet? May 12 example

Village of Bluffton council meetings are primarily business meetings with the six council members--currently Jerry Cupples, Mitch Kingsley, Ben Stahl, Joe Sehlhorst, Dave Steiner and Phill Talavinia--receiving reports from Village staff, making committee reports and voting on payment of bills, ordinances and resolutions.
Often items are approved with no discussion. The packet provided to the public--the May 12 meeting packet is attached here--provides details for these agenda items:
