Ryan Burkholder, Chief of Police, reminds families that driving golf carts in the Village of Bluffton comes with the same regulations as driving a car. You must be 16 years of age and have a drivers license to operate a golf cart. Carts must be inspected for safety features, which can be done by the Village of Pandora police department.
